Books the space and instructs the organiser to build a Modular Design booth on the space (see below)

The organiser constructs for your company the basic shell scheme booth (without branding)

The regular shell scheme has the following supplies per 9 m2 space:

• 1 rectangular standard table (without cover)
• White walls (divided into 1oo cm width x 250 cm high sections)
• 2 chairs
• Fascia board with company name, stand number and event logo and section logo on each open side
• Regular carpeting of the booth (supplied by the venue)
• Power supply (no extension cable) and dustbin
• Optional supplies – advice the organiser who supplies at a fee – include:
  • Television
  • Fridge
  • Lockable cabinet
  • Booth and table branding
  • Extra seats or specific furniture (such as bar stools, round tables etc)
  • Power extension cable etc.

Minimum space size: 6m x 3m – 18 m2

The organiser constructs for your company a MODULAR DESIGNED & CONSTRUCTED  booth, with all the branding and specific booth supplies and furniture.

You can choose from a number of booth designs by the organiser of the event or share your specific one – or a mix of both – to ensure that your booth stands out from the crowd at the Expo Hall!!

The Modular Booth has the following supplies (with numbers depending on booth size):

• Round table and premium seats such as bar stools
• Wall branding on a solid, continuos surface
• Raised floor (optional) with carpeting in your preferred colour
• Power supply, with extension cables and dustbins
• Television
• Fridge (if required)
• Lockable cabinet, branded with your logo
• Booth and table branding
